If your gear does not meet the high standards of craftsmanship you expect from an exclusive premium store, we are committed to facilitating a smooth and professional return process.

The 30-Day Evaluation Period

We provide our global clientele with a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your premium gear must be:

  • In Pristine Condition: Unused, undamaged, and showing no signs of outdoor wear or field testing.

  • Original Packaging: Returned in all original branded packaging, including technical manuals, tags, and protective cases.

  • Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt.

Damaged or Defective Equipment

If your order arrives damaged during transit or exhibits a manufacturing defect, please notify our support team within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Please email Lunatrailstyle@gmail.com with your order number and high-resolution photos of the issue.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a priority replacement or a full refund, covering all associated shipping costs for the defective item.

How to Initiate a Return

To ensure a secure and trackable return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Authorization: Contact us at Lunatrailstyle@gmail.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address for your region (Europe or USA).

  2. Secure Packaging: Pack the items securely to prevent damage during return transit.

  3. Shipping: As a premium boutique, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received at our facility and undergoes a quality inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: Approved refunds are processed immediately to your original payment method.

  • Timeframe: Depending on your financial institution, please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

To serve our adventurers faster, we handle exchanges as a return and a new purchase. Simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred gear at your convenience.
